In this new production of Cinderella Madcap explores the tale as the Scandinavians (“Diamonds and Toads”) and the Indonesians (“The Crocodile’s Baby”) know it, along with the familiar tale known in Western culture, but with new and magical twists. The stories come to life with the help of two Fairy Godfathers, Lenny and Ralph, while Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother (Gladys) basks in the sun on the beach (or so she says). Audience participation, amazing giant puppets (the nasty stepmother is nine feet tall!) and hilarious characters come together in this unforgettable puppet play.
